Scintilla lovers in Japan

I just wonder if there are any lovers here in Japan besides myself....there used to be an Aussie/NZ guy a few years ago and a prolific poster who suffered fools ungladly -- maybe I was one of those, nothing much changes!

Anyway, happy to converse/meet fellow addicts....

IIRC Henk did a wonderful pair of Scinnies in high gloss black with real wood trims that inspired me for my white and wood Scinnies.

I just searched the old forums for you:

"As far as I know Robinthezone still lives in Tokyo.

He owns a pair of fully restored scinnies.
It may be usefull to try and get in touch with him (I think his email addres in his profile is still current) and listen to his scinnies before you make a decision.

You may be surprised at the differences between an original pair of scinnies and a fully restored set."

Yes, he the man, Robinthe I forget the rest....

As you may know, one set of my Scintillas completely rebuilt by Henk and a fantastic p16 - unfortunately one only - here in Tokyo, so, perhaps I feel less intimidated by the experts `Robinthewoods` .....

But. please if you have contact details - nothing I do seems to work - let me know....

The Rome system still causes issues but if you are ever in that part of the world...
