DAX 1 for Duetta Signature

I own Duetta Signatures, looking into buying a DAX-1 and bi-amping. The DAX 1 has a switch on a circuit board inside the box, which toggles between speaker a and speaker b. My problem is that, as I understand it, the DAX could be ordered from the factory either of two configurations: to toggle between Diva/Caliper *OR* betweem the Diva/Duetta Sig. Anyone have info about how I can determine which setup this this used DAX has (and thus whether it has the Duetta Signature option in it) ?

(I'm new to forum. Any opinions/experiences re biamping also welcome. I'm looking at SS (Bryston) for the Woofers and Tube for the Mid/Treb)

Hi David,

You can search old forum section, there is a lot of useful information about biamping. I don't know much about DAX, but have bery good Electro Voice DX34a digital x-o on my Stages (2 pcs, as my system is tri-amped). Maybe, you can consider to buy other brand newer electronic x-o, which will give you additional features - sound processing, so you can adjust the sound much better to suit your room.
