MYTHICAL BASS FOAM

I am currently getting emails regarding some speakers offered out there that "Bass Foam Surrounds Need to be Replaced" and would like to inform that as frustrating as this may sound the clamps are glued together around an Apogee bass (normal practice). This makes foam replacement a task that can only be performed with the bass ribbons removed. This of course (for the uninformed) means it is a full bass restoration only task...

Hi Graz,

You must mean the pair of Divas I just saw on EBAY. The ad mentioned that they were fine except for the buzz in the bass.
