Apogee Scintillas in a legendary rig

Postby verbalic on Thu Feb 10, 2011 2:47 pm

Finally I got my rig updated with Oracle Delphi MkI turntable and Krell KSP 7B preamp. Digital signal comes from a server upstairs via Apple Airport Express to Musical Fidelity M1DAC. Altough I normally play just records.

I do my daily listening with class D amps. I use Apoll Acoustics amps with additional powers. They sound just fantastic at lower levels. Please see: http://www.apollacoustics.com/index.php?pinc=2&lng=en

Behind my Scinnies you can see a pair of Centaur Major - these are now for sale. Downstairs I also have another pair of Scinnies and in my bedroom there is a pair of Duetta Signatures powered by Krell KSA-150.

And finally, please have a look at my rig:

Very nice!

You could probably title Yourself collector. ;)

Nice set up.
I too tend towards electronics that match the age of my scinnies.
I run a pair of Classe DR3-VHC ( mono mode) Classe 6 Pre Amp....along with other assorted giodies.

"Apple Airport Express" and "legendary" are mutually exclusive.
